No agency fees. By law you only pay the rent, a refundable tenancy deposit (capped at five weeks’ rent where the annual rent is under £50,000) and, if you want to reserve a property, a holding deposit of up to one week’s rent.

If we manage your home, sign in to the Tenant Portal and choose Report a repair, adding photos where you can, or call the office. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 straight away.

With guaranteed rent, we pay you a fixed amount every month regardless of whether the property is occupied or whether the occupant pays. There are no voids, no arrears to chase and no management fees deducted.

Yes. We manage Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, HMO licensing, deposit protection and more, tracking every certificate and deadline so nothing lapses and you stay fully protected.

Yes. We find and let suitable property for registered care providers, operators and local authorities, including C2 properties, children’s homes and supported living. We supply and let property only; we do not deliver care or run services ourselves.
